Filia Oil Pastels

Filia are our most popular range of oil pastels offering excellent quality at an unbelievable price. They work well on most papers but for best results use a lightly textured paper. All colours are fully bendable and work well with paper stumps. Finished work has the added benefit of being light fast, rub resistant and non toxic, although Fixative Ref. 3133913 can be used for added protection.
