Conte compressed charcoal has the added advantage (over willow charcoal) of working more like a graphite lead offering smoother laydown and finer detail in design work. This charcoal is ideal for stump drawings, shading and outlines. For best results use with quality cartridge paper, paper stumps and fix with 3133913 fixative.
