Pretty Deadly is the title of this exhibition catalogue featuring Brennand-Wood's work shown at the Naughton Gallery. Emerging as an artist in the 1970's at a time when almost no men were working in embroidered textiles Brennand-Wood pushes the limits of expression through textiles. Most of the work featured in this book uses the theme of flowers made into 3D forms to channel concepts of a more poignant nature when observed closely.
